New membership in the Collaborative social work education program network is dependent upon two things:
- Availability of funds to support the addition of new programs and students.
- Successful completion of a child welfare curriculum analysis to determine how students will meet NC-DSS child welfare preservice requirements through a combination of coursework, field education, and supplemental educational activities.
NC social work program faculty, staff, and/or administrators who would like more information about joining the Collaborative network should contact:
Wanda Reives, Assistant Director
Only students who are already enrolled in a participating social work program can apply to become Collaborative Scholars. Enrolled BSW and MSW students interested in learning more should contact their local Collaborative program representative for more information about the application process.
